I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2000. I obtained my brokers license in 2002 and completed my broker in charge training in the Summer of 2007. My training and professional experience as a consumer lender and independent business owner have contributed to my customer service driven sales philosophy: A sale is a result of effective listening, ability to recognize opportunity and to create an effective action plan.
I joined forces with my older brother, Scott in 2005 in an effort to expand and enhance our businesses. We combined Jason B. Graves Associates and Graves Custom Homes to form Graves Realty Associates. A custom homebuilder since 1997, Scott brings a strong constuction background to us as well as 8 years in corporate accounting. The results thus far have been staggering and we look forward to many more years of success.

Boring stuff aside, we know our market. We are students of real estate and live, eat and breathe this stuff. We understand construction processes, remodel projects, investment properties and new development projects. Given a chance to break free, we enjoy fishing for Striped Bass and Crappie on Jordan and Kerr Lakes. Occasionally, I make it down to the beach to do a little surf fishing. With any luck I'll finish remodeling my home soon so I can have more time to break free!
