I can show you:

Home information is readily available to me no matter who the listing broker is. If you find a home that interests you, call me!

You will need a check to go with your contract for earnest money. Although there is no set amount, I often recommend about 1%. Depending on your needs, this amount can vary.
I will represent your best interest when you work exclusively with me. As your buyer agent I will represent your interests, not the seller. You will benefit from my help and that of my team during each step. As a member of Linda Craft & Team I have resources beyond other Realtors® in Raleigh.
