The term agent is often used casually referring to any real estate practitioner. However, as your exclusive buyer’s agent, we establish a formal relationship to represent your best interests when you are buying property.

Our goal in working for you is to:

  1. Understand your specific needs and wants and then locate appropriate properties
  2. Assist you in determining how much you can afford (pre-qualify your mortgage)
  3. Preview and/or accompany you in viewing properties
  4. Research properties and identify any problems or issues you should consider
  5. Write and negotiate an offer to purchase that promotes your interests and goals
  6. Provide you well qualified vendors including home inspectors, pest inspectors, septic specialists, real estate attorneys, home lenders, etc… for other related services that may be needed.
  7. Keep track of all the details throughout the entire transaction—to closing and beyond
