First Time Buyers
Buying a home is an great investment. You gain distinct tax advantages and build equity as you pay your mortgage each month. Finally, you’ll enjoy having something that’s all yours.
We obviously recommend you hire a professional real estate broker when you buy a home. The details involved in the process can be confusing and an experienced broker will make the process easier while protecting your interests.
We know about different neighborhoods in Raleigh and surrounding area and understand how to match your wants and needs, finding you a home you will be proud of. Whether you want to live in Raleigh, Cary, Garner or Wake Forest, we want you to have a home you will enjoy and that will be a safe investment for your future.
We do more than help you find a home.
Our service goes beyond house hunting. We will coordinate your search and explain the differences in neighborhoods, prices, builders, etc… When it’s time to make an offer, we will complete a thorough market analysis by reviewing recent comparable sales and structure your offer to purchase to best meet your needs. Keep in mind, there’s more than just money involved in a real estate transaction. Closing dates, inspections, purchase options, repair negotiations and of course paperwork are just some of the elements we will handle for you.
We maintain strong working relationships with:
- Mortgage lenders
- Real estate attorneys
- Home inspectors
- Appraisers
- Repair contractors
Buying your first home requires compromises. We stress planning well in advance to avoid losing sight of your goals. As a first time buyer you may be unsure of what lies ahead and you will be better prepared by working with us as your exclusive buyer’s agent.
Another great tool we provide you free access to is the Home Buyer Scouting Report.
No fees
We do not charge a fee to home buyers. When a home is listed for sale, the seller has already agreed to pay our fee so you as the buyer will not be charged. The seller often pays the same fee regardless how many agents there are. Not having a real estate agent work for you will not necessarily save you any money.
