Jason has been a licensed real estate agent since 2000 and broker since 2002. His professional training and experience as a banker and independent business owner have molded his longstanding, customer service driven sales philosophy: A sale is a result of effective listening, ability to recognize opportunity and to create an effective action plan.
Scott joined Jason in 2005, in an effort to expand and enhance their real estate businesses. A custom home builder since 1997, Scott possesses a strong construction background as well as 8 years in corporate accounting. His keen sense of numbers and data management combined with his construction knowledge and Jason’s sales and marketing experience allows them to track home sales trends and statistics that impact their clients.
Together, they are focused on the value of establishing comprehensive advisory relationships with their clients. They believe that identifying the individual needs of each client allows them to provide the best service.
