Jason B. Graves
Can do thinking and a knack for creative strategies are key factors I bring to the real estate business. I strive to know more about the Raleigh real estate market than my competition. My In-depth market knowledge coupled with years of marketing and banking experience give my clients power to achieve their goals.
I got my real estate license in 2000 at the Mingle School of Real Estate in Charlotte and my broker license in 2003 at the Fonville Morisey real estate school. I have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers in Raleigh and I consider myself blessed everyday I get to do it!
I am North Carolina native and originally moved to Raleigh in 1985. After living in Steamboat Springs Colorado and Alexandria, VA and Charlotte, NC, I moved back to Raleigh in 2000 to be closer to family.
When I’m not working, I’m at home in Garner with my wife Mary Ann, son Tyler and my daughter Isabelle.
Scott Graves
After 8 years in corporate tax, Scott decided it was time to make a change. He relocated with his family back to Raleigh from Northern Virginia in 1997 and started building custom homes.
Scott has an extraordinary eye for detail that is evident in his real estate research as well as a strong working knowledge of home building practices in the Raleigh area.
“Understanding the construction processes allows me to engage my clients to be confident in their decisions and often gives us a distinct advantage,” he explains.
Scott lives in North Raleigh with his wife Michele and Jessica and Claire.
Jennifer Hicks- Closing Manager
Jennifer has a keen eye for detail and is highly organized as the closing manager for Linda Craft & Team REALTORS. As soon as you have a contract, Jennifer is hard at work making sure we meet all of the dates and details of the contract.
Jennifer lives in North Raleigh with her husband, Andrew, their son, Adam, and their corgi, Alex.
