Our free orientaton for home buyers provides you one-on-one time with us to explain the the home buying process. We recommend you schedule a time if you are a first time buyer or in the early planning stages. You might also consider home buyer orientation if you have purchased and sold a home in another state, but not in NC. The tranfer of real estate  and common practices vary from state to state. 

We are available for groups as well. Our discussion takes about 30 minutes, but we like to encourage questions, so you should plan for an hour.
